per metre for a silk chiffon, silk satin/satin charmeuse?

I would like to have a silk maxi dress made for my work Xmas do but not sure whether to buy fabric in Bali or take it with me. I can buy silk fabric that I like on Ebay from Hong Kong for around AU$10.50 per metre which seems like good value but not sure what I can expect to pay in Bali.
