I feel like we would get a better deal if we booked flights from the Bali airport, and a Komodo tour when we got to Labuan Bajo on Flores.
The one thing I do worry about, is finding accommodation in Labuan Bajo on the day we need it (or a couple of days out). It doesn't seem like there are very many options on places to stay there.
And what if we get there, and all the tours are booked? I wouldn't want to miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity, just because I was trying to save money.
I guess I just want to know if waiting and making the plans when we get there is an easy enough thing to do. Or if it would be better to lock in before we leave home, to make sure we can do it.
