That's not facts, it's the Jakarta Post, okay, it gives an indication of what is going on but you can't call a news article facts. The Jakarata Post have been known to get some number wrong before.
The fact is, the child you referred to died because not treated in time, are you going to cull parents for not taking their children to the hospital in time?
Facts are, there is work being done, facts are it is slow, fact is that people are still needing more education, facts are that some Balinese will never go to a Western Doctor no matter how much information you give them, fact is that children die from a lot of things in Bali because of no treatment. Fact is, that you can talk to your village head instead of putting flyers up and arrange for vaccinations/controlled culling in your village, fact is you can donate money to BARC & BAWA to help with this cause rather than just "reporting" on it every so often.
