We always travel by the Scoot Boat. It is the most reliable and safest option I think for a family. Google Scoot Boat lembongan and their website will come up. Ionder if you can get a family deal? I think if you book on line directly with Scoot it may be cheaper. They are very prompt to reply and reliable to book via email. Then you pay on the day of departure at their office. You booking includes transfers to and from your hotel on the mainland. They will give you a designated pickup time from your hotel on your day of deaprture. Scoot boat for me!
