Transfers to Nusa Lembongan

Wondering what is the best way to get to Lembongan options.. perama public ferry seems the cheapest option for us family of 4 but I need to hear from other formites in regard sto your opinion of this transport as our other option is to go by fast boats offered by accom and they seem very expensive US$45 per person for famil of 4 that works out a loy of money Please let me know what your experiences are and ideas
