Hey just got back from 10 days in bali review...
Air asia was great i thought it might be really crap like you see on those airline shows about jet star and tiger and that but air asia was really good. Flights were good and arrived early no problems with baggage was allowed to combine it with my husband so total 30kg and hand luggage everyone seemed to bring one bag plus extra and they didnt seem to mind. All in all was a good air line and i would recommend it.
Hotel stayed at the bounty "party hotel" and it was good. I really dont see what all the woo har was about when i read up ppl saying ppl are partying to all hours and u cant sleep... i actually found the hotel peaceful and nice.
Shopping was pretty good and enjoyed it.
I felt very humbled and very lucky that i live where i do these ppl have nothing please be generous when u go there as these ppl are just trying to make a living.... i tipped everyone and gave not useful items away to ppl on leaving. it makes u very aware of how lucky you are to live in australia
