Thanks for all your responses....We payed by our credit card but we brought our tickets in august 2008 and "Aussie master card" were doing the whole "it's past 90 days" crap. CP were pretty useless saying they can't do that blah blah blah which is why I went to small claims presuming it would all get sorted out.

Indojet sent out there lawyer which I didn't think was allowed at small claims and it then went to pre trial to reach an agreement. That was when the lawyer explained that they agree to everything biut they want a 12 week extension and GRRR....I agreed to. I don't even know why to be honest. I guess I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and kind of thought that if I didn't agree that it would then be postponed further. As i said, I'm sure the court would have got them to pay within a certain time but this was only 2 weeks ago so wouldn't have made much difference.

So any advice where to go from here?? Should I try the travel compensation board? This has been going on for so long it's just crazy....
