When we had this service supplied by the hotel we were met in the corridor straight off the plane, the guy took our passport and VOA money and went behind the booth and paid (took 1 minute), he then went behind the lines at customs and got our passport done (took 1 minute), we then went to baggage and identified our bags for him and taken straight to the cars (less than 10 minutes total). The airport was packed. Same service going out except we still had to line up for x-ray, but were seated while he dealt with customs.
