baggage carousel checking every bag because they weren't sure what to look for. I suggest if you are using Bali Concierge you put a large coloured ribbon or some other easy form of ID on to your bags to make it easy for them.
I have only ever used Hadi and his staff member has stood with me at the carousel so that I can ID my luggage, he then removes it and carries it.
There is a new baggage xray machine just before the exit doors and every bag gets checked whether or not you have paid for VIP assistance.
So I think now, apart from price, there's not much difference (maybe you sit and have a cold drink with Bali Concierge while they are organising the paperwork.)
