At least this lot (Island Bound) have conceded that they will not provide the service paid for, so a C/C reversal is possible now.
The other lot (I.J.) refuse to admit that they are not able to provide Easter flights, so those who paid a year ago cannot even start a claim!!
Between these two, a lot of people have been stranded, shafted, lied to, deceived and hardly an apology to those affected (even communication is virtually impossible).
In cases like this it seems that consumer protection is just a meaningless phrase.
