money paid to Island Bound Holidays for accommodation hasn't been passed onto the place where we are supposed to be staying. In order to still stay there, we have to pay them direct and claim back, through the Travel Compensation Fund, the money already paid to Island Bound, which I have been told today, could take months... so in essence we are paying twice for our accommodation with no time frame for when (and perhaps IF) we get our original money back already paid to Island Bound...
