Can anyone help me with the names of restraunts in Bali that cater for coeliac sufferers or gluten free food. My sister has it and even though we took a note written in Indonesian from the forum it was very difficult to get any meals that were gluten free. They had great difficulty understanding our request and seemed to think she just couldn't have bread products, but gluten is in sauces, food thickeners etc. Sister has been quite ill since we got back and desperately wants to go again but wants to research choice of restraunts more thouroughly. Very grateful for any help and advice.
