My brother and family stayed at Club Med last year in Nusa Dua. My niece is a coeliac and she spoke to a chef to check what foods were suitable for her gluten free diet. The chef then set about to provide her with special meals and the most delicious desserts.
Niece would return to Club Med Bali anytime for a repeat of the treatment she received.
