Bloody Ron - you are GREAT at answering emails, and I think given how popular your place is you probably receive far more than most small hotels.
I think the suggestion about improving websites is a great idea. Information such as whether they have connecting rooms, which floors the family rooms are on, whether their villas have stairs, and even a map showing where the hotel is located would eliminate a lot of emails. Even in Balí it's not that hard to get someone to build you a decent website! A great hotel I stayed at last year doesn't even have one. I spoke to the manager about it and he said "We're working on it." It's been six months since then, and no sign of it. How can anyone run a business like that?!
