I also sent an email after booking for August 2010 asking for confirmation as the money was debited out of my credit card and got no answer. I called them and asked for confirmation and they confirmed booking over the phone and gave me a confirmation number for my booking. They also said that I could send a fax asking for confirmation and they would send a reply but I had no access to a fax.
