Have not stayed at KP since new wing built. Sent an email for booking but no response so rang and spoke with Desi. She found me a room but said would not be able to confirm by email as email too full, over 1000 emails!! She assured me room would be available when I arrive, (Feb, so lucky to get it) but I feel a bit insecure with no paper trail! She did say would debit my Visa Card with one night room fee as deposit but so far has not hit my account. Am I worrying over nothing??!!
