Depending on what rooms you are looking at, and also what location you end up in, the experience may be different.
Generally speaking, the accomodation is of a good standard, and roomier that most.
The restaurant offers excellent food and at a good price.
The location suits us, but this is a matter of personal preference.
Some may consider the place a little "spartan", and it is certainly "echoey" perhaps untill plant growth can absorb some sounds.
The gym is well appointed, and local staff very friendly.
I don't know how high you set the bar, because everyone is different.
If bookings are a good guide, then KTH provides value for money and many returning customers.
Can't help with the crystals......but look out for any marked as Cristals !!
