And regarding vouchers. You do not have to accept them , you can demand cash, you just need to push it.
They tried to foist me off with $700.00 worth of vouchers which still meant I had to fly with them again. After months of ridiculous games from their adolescent office staff, and not being able to communicate except via a PO box, I took my complaint to Consumer Affairs and got a cash settlement and the vouchers.
