she had to phone me in Aussie to get onto jetstar to get correct contact number as she to was text messaged an out of service number to call. Once I got her the correct number she was put on hold & then hung up on after waiting 10 mins. Not happy Jan!
Does happen & I would prefer it happened on return flight but communication is the key to happy customers.
