I had always thought the dry tasteless white bread was made from rice flour. I would have thought wheat flour, since no wheat grain grown on Bali, would be far too expensive.
I make a point of buying wheat bread at Carrefour or Bintang supermarket and ask the kitchen staff to toast.

Putu Les gets my vote, I also think now that people who love Bread Talk would consider taking some back home.
