Sending money to bali friend

Hi Happy New Year to all. I am wanting to have an account that I can put money into in Australia and that my Bali friend can with draw out of in Bali but I dont want credit card would like it like a normal account, so we would both have a atm card joined to the same account. Is this possible?
I'm sure i have read it on here previous but can not find it. Thanks in advance. :)
