There is no NRL shop in Bali . The shop near the Kuta Town Houses is a AFL shop only.
However there is a small shop between Poppies 1 and 2 on Jalal Legion ( left side walking up towards the memorial) that does sell NRL singlets and T- Shirts and yes they sell Rabbitoh ones!
They are good quality but there isnt a big range ....
