This trip was a small family/friend trip, all together 105 of us for a family wedding, by god it was hot, the bride was beautiful as was the ceremony at the Mandira, followed by drinks at Ketuts Beach Bar and the reception at Ketumbar, then bridal waltz at Bali Rock.
It was a very special night, for a very special couple and the complete package was like a fairy tale, they did well.

My mum joined us for her 2nd trip along with my 82 year old aunty.
Meeting up with me best mate from Sydney (love ya "M" ) jeez did we laugh when we heard about your passport :-)
Low bits
Sister and nieces boyfriend both hospitalised at home with shocking infections (cuts/grazes), sister knocked out to clean hers up (they did have antbiotics in Bali)
Poppies 2 (near the Bagus Pub) dirty great hole in the road for about 4 days, the amout of bikes and cars that came to grief was ridiculous, I am supprised no one was killed, they did fix it?
Corruption
Another 50,000 to the Polisi every time they where thirsty or needed a packet of smokes.
Sleeping
Checked out heaps of villas/hotels/sh tholes this trip, stayed at the Rama again but couldn't get late checkout so booked the Adika Sari in Padma Utara, 385,000 a night, what a great little place (guess where we're staying in March?
Best food place
This was by far Mozzeralla in Padma street, wow it got everybodies vote, beat Kori, beat Yutz, beat them all.
Overview
Wow its busy, we booked in advance for big group dinners/lunches ect.
The rate was about 8,600, the prices have gone up slightly, the locals (well most)haven't changed, happy, smiling, polite friendly.
