The Indonesian Embassy in my country is aware of these circumstances and the practice of these activities at the Denpasar Airport. They are quite embarrassed actually. They are working hard to improve both the waiting times and improve passenger safely. This will take time but if people complain directly to their local Indonesian consulate or Embassy about these types of things, things may gradually improve. As Indonesians like to say 'sabar dong!'

If it is really necessary to avoid the queues at the airport, Garuda Airlines can assist with a proper legal service that assists entering or departing or both. It's not cheap. You can contact me for details if you wish.

Using a couple of locals for that service that use hotmail addresses is just asking for trouble. The Embassy suggests that passengers be very careful with who they choose to assist them through the immigration procedures.

A legal service costs much more that what they offer. The people that promote the illegal service on here obviously get some sort of kick back. Possibly free for them next time they decide to take their elderly mother through or something like that.
