concern, but I am always amazed at the number of operations required by some of the Balinese people and their families that I meet along my travels and the horrendous cost of said operations. I have never understood how Smudge and others manage to secure medical care for people at such reasonable rates when some of those that I meet require thousands of dollars. One of God's mysteries I suppose.
