Our house sounds perfect for you! We have a house on Jalan Benesari, close to the beach. 2 bedrooms with aircon, 2 bathrooms with hot water, living room, dining room and a big private garden. No pool, but around the corner is Hotel Lusa, which pool you can use for 10.000 per day. I think this is an advantage, because your 1 year old can play outside without you having to watch him every second!
