Help.......need some good advice!

Heading to beautiful bali with a 1 year old and two teenagers and a husband that loves to surf. I need to find a villa that will accommodate us and in a brilliant location (beach, rests, shopping etc), Seminyak?. Can anyone recommend a great affordable place to stay? The girls and I are into the shopping side of things of course. Something affordable, clean, pool, newish, in house butler and chef etc.....

Can anyone help, I'm really after some local knowledge and not prepared to rely on travel agents who have never been there?
