Theres a bloke upstairs in Central Plaza with a food stall, it's the stall closest to the windows overlooking the beach. This fella makes soup to kill for. It is so good that you need a knife and fork to get it down. I had my lunch went back down to the basement to get the machine and some rotten bugger and knocked off my helmet. There it was, gone. I wouldn't mind but I was in the closest spot to the security office with it's myriad of uniformed men. Had a fag, cooled down, went into the office gave them the old Om Swatiastu etc etc etc, explained the situation and the boss man, no less, asked me to accompany me to the machine. I pointed it out and he said " No problems " which gave me the impression that he knew something about the missing helmet. The next move that he made was stunning, four very smart military sideway steps moved him about four machines up where he took a helmet from another machine and said, " Try this one for size," to which I replied
" yes but what about him," " No problem " he said, I finish at three o clock, the problem will be for my relief when he finishes at ten o clock tonight."
