from Bali to Jakarta and from there they fly to Banda Aceh. Medan, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Padang, all at least daily and most 2-3 times daily. You can check their schedules on www.garuda-indonesia.com and domestic flights can be booked online or do at an office in Bali.
An alternative is bus/fly to Jakarta - about 24 hours by bus - and then get bus to one of several destinations in Sumatra but roads are crap and times long to go any distance.
