When i was in Ubud in Feb. i booked direct with them and gave Kadek the dates.
A friend has tried to email them and didn't get any reply. This was just before my April trip, when i went there i checked and they had received the email, he hadn't replied because his wife had just had a baby and he had been doing ceremonies etc.....
The bookings are very casually handled, but for me they have worked out so far.
Kadek is the man on the ground and runs the day to day stuff along with his side kick Angar.
Both very helpful. I have only dealt with them and they did not ask for a deposit.
My friend rang a number of times and finally got through to Ari (her name is on the website). She baulked at 350,000rph per night as the Site has $42us per night (approx. 500,000rph)
The place in on the Southern side of a hill, and is shaded a few bit. There are places around the pool for sunny spots.
