Last trip we tried to book this place direct by email, but their reply was very confusing, and as they hadn't asked for a deposit, we weren't convinced they had blocked a room for us. How did you book this place and were you asked for a deposit, or did you just pay the lot once there?
Also some of the photos made me think the place was in shade all day. Is this the case?
