Pak Mungkin et al: advice silakan

Will be in Bali this time next week and in Ubud on Sunday 3 May.

Please advise on 3 things for me to do that are "off the beaten track".

Here's my list so far, but it's pretty mainstream:
1. Ibu Oka - weird but I haven't been there before...
2. Padang food: TA forum advice is that the best in Bali is next door to the bookstore Ganesha Books on the main road.
3. Photographic exhibition - last time (January), I found a nice gallery up past Bintang Supermarket.
