how annoying for you, I have heard that they overbook all the time and are a little worried about this ourselves. We are off to jayakarata staying in a private apartment for the october school holidays, but friends have booked the hotel apartments, so i hope they haven't been overbooked as well!!!!!!
I cannot understand how it is possible to overbook rooms all the time as it is not the first hotel that I have heard of that does this. (as Jerry says in the Seinfeld episode "you know how to take the reservation, but you don't know how to keep the reservation"!!!!!
