Great location, great food, great staff.
I went to a wedding held there a couple of weeks ago. You can have your reception, even your ceremony directly on the beach which is awesome. Fantastic atmosphere and I am pretty sure you can rent the whole restaurant for the night. They even had security on the beach to help with privacy. I was really impressed and my girlfriend said she couldn't have asked for a better wedding day.
Sharkey's is Australian owned and the Wedding Company my friend chose was Baliku Weddings. I met with Katie the Wedding Coordinator on the night, she is also Australian and I am sure she could help you with all the extras you need.
