Wedding Help!

We are getting married in Bali in 2010 and was after some information.

We are looking for somewhere to hold our reception, we want to hire a whole restaurant for the night, so that it is private, does anyone know of some great restaurants that you can hire the whole thing?

Also looking for someone for the following:
1. to do my hair & make up
2. invitations
3. flowers
4. Cake
