would be good, we went on Fathers day last year being a Sunday and very busy. We couldn't get a seat right out the front which is the best views. If you are after live music then I would go on Sunday but it you don't care, I would go any other night as you would have more chance of getting the best seats for sunset viewing!!!!
We hired a driver for 1/2 day who picked us up from 12pm, we went to Carrefours for some shopping then Taneh Lot for a look around and then off to echo beach which is not far from taneh lot. I would get there if you are going on a sunday by 4pm.
Its a beautiful spot.
