You need to find the ones with the clear plastic top to get it into Australia. I suggest placing the bamboo and coconut shell in a plastic shopping bag and spraying with insect spray and then tying the bag closed and leaving for a few days. Give it all a good shake before packing and declare them. Quarantine will tell you yes or no but not woth risking the bugs that could be in them.
