This was also recommended. Used both and never had a problem. They count it on to counter in front of you and then don't touch it again. I think a good guide is that if they want to touch the money again after they've counted it out onto the counter you're going to have a problem! I was advised not to use any changers down on the beach road/strip (in front of all the hotels/restaurants). Apparently more likely to get ripped off than not and I only saw 1 or 2 there anyway. : )
