Yes you can go inside to the tellers and change money. The Kodak shop is the 2nd shop (I don't think it's the corner) from the corner of Rum Jungle and Padma Utara )on Rum Jungle. Yes that's the beach road and just outside the KP is a small shop where it's good to count your money well
