Cheap fares, combined with good but cheap accommodation, and a warung mentality for meals interspersed with a it of top end enjoyment. Most of my enjoyment there comes from interaction with locals, walking here and there and kicking back. Most of these things cost nothing, but it is a great holiday :-)
