There's definately no Kids Club at the Bali Garden. I have never actually stayed at the Dynasty, but from what I hear, the Kids Club is fantastic. You might be hard pushed to find a similar kids program to what the Dynasty offer. If this is high on your priority - you may want to consider paying the extra and sticking to what you know works for your family???
