and always mention that we are returning guests. They tend to give us a quote that is a bit cheaper than if we booked the room online through their website. We have also booked the BHG on wotif.com once when it was a last minute decision to fly to Bali (it saved us a few dollars in the end but we were restricted on the room types on offer). We never book packages through travel agents now as we seem to get a cheap flight first and then book the rest of our holiday around the flights.
