20 years I would say it is a headache.
It's OK now as our main man has been with us for 20 years, his wife 16 the maid 12 and the gardener 8.
Don't think people realise how much maintainance is required and the damage the humidity and power supply does to electrics and how much training is involved for things to run smoothly when you are not there.
If you do buy it will completely change the way you holiday in Bali.
