Hi All
Sitting in Prada lounge at the moment and i'm still in agony after parting with $110 in excess luggage
We were 28kg's over, so came off fairly unscaved I suppose, the customer care person discounted it to 10kgs only but still US $7 per kg added up.
What is your experience with this? Have I been looked after OK or hardly done by?
This is only the second time i've ever been stung excess, previously with Qantas, I know I was WELL over so pulling the preverbial P*ss kind of, but it still hurts hahaha
