Had occasion to change the departure date of our Jetstar booking from Godzone to Bali and on printing out the new ticket got a surprise.
Not only had the date changed but we had been downgraded to carry on baggage only and had lost the hot meal paid for as well. After the normal 30mins on hold the matter was rectified - I hope.
Be warned, the blighters are inefficient so check new ticketing closely.
