I used the old Jetstar IT System when I bought an $A8 ticket in 2006. The old Jetstar IT System used to crash when I tried to change the departure date. However, when it was working it managed to retain all the "extras" that I had paid for back in 2006 even when I kept altering the departure date.
I eventually was able to take this flight last month. My comfort pack which was previously in a snazzy little bag with a toothbrush, ear plugs etc has now been degraded to a cheap plastic bag containing a blanket, ear phones and a eye mask.
