Just the stress this whole thing had caused you is unbelievable.
Why wouldn't they give you a upgrade?.That is the least they could do.
But like we said several time they couldn't care less.
At least when you get to Bali it will be worth it.
BUT spare a thought for the people who should have come home on the direct flight to Melbourne.25/4.Leave Bali 23.50pm .arrive Melb 7.25am.
They now come home via Darwin.Leave Bali at 23.50pm arrive Darwin 2.30am.--Depart Darwin 7.50am-- Arrive Melbourne 12.25pm.
Oh My God that would be terrible.When you book and pay early so you get direct flights.
