3 calls later after al the previous calls I made, I received my email confirmations this morning showing all flights back to the original times and same date - 25th April.
I try to check seat allocation - booking number not recognized.
I look up flights ( both domestic & international sectors ) neither are showing.
I ring again.
No, you are booked on the 28th......................To send an email confirming the 25th - yet put 28th on the system is bordering on incompetent.
Ask to speak to supervisor - NO, its around a month away yet - don't bother me...........GAVE UP.
Was rung by nice girl from admin who has now booked us starting on evening of 24th - via Melb - to Perth. Then 11am Perth - Bali 25th.
No they cannot pay for a hotel.
No they cannot put us in Star Class.
Where's Dennis ???
