I assume from your post that you prefer to do this the "legal" way (Well, as legal as it can get when dealing with Indonesian officials)
I suggest that you declare the wine, but argue a case when dealing with the customs guy that this is "only" wine, and very low alcohol content, not like spirits.
Normally, they are light on wine excess, but each occasion may be different.
You should certainly be prepared to pay "duty" on the excess, and in this regard, you should have an amount of money that you are prepared to pay set aside so a lot of cash is not exposed at any time.
Maybe look to pay $5 a bottle, or 100,000rp for the lot.
You will need to be firm, and if there are excessive demands, be prepared to ask for the wine to be disposed of in front of you.
You could also demand a receipt for any amount paid over the 100K.
Yes....I would take receipts, to demonstrate that you are honest in your intentions.
