Paying duty on wine into Bali

Hi all
Ok I have a dilemah. I don't drink spirits just wine. But I am told it is very expensive and hard to get something nice in Bali. 1 litre won't last me the week so I am wondering if I take say 4 bottles of wine in my bag. Is it just a case of declaring it and paying the duty? How is duty worked out? it is based on a % of the value. Do you need to take a reciept showing value etc.
